Our sales process involves cold calling potential new customers, assessing their needs, demonstrating our product, and ultimately selling the product. Ideal candidates must be motivated, determined, self-directed closers who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers to demonstrate MyTAXPrepOffice
- Assess customer needs and provide solutions using our tax software
- Conduct cold calls to potential new customers
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- Prior outbound call center sales experience required
- Exceptional work ethic required
- 40 Hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 5:45 pm
- Candidates must have a home-office with little to no distractions
- Fast and reliable internet access, a computer with Chrome, two monitors, and Windows 8 or newer for PCs
- High technical acumen required
- Experience w/ CRM software platforms a plus

Training
Our 3-week paid training classes are designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. You will receive comprehensive training on our tax software, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
