Job Description
We are currently seeking an expert Microsoft Office IT specialist to join our support team. This individual will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to Microsoft Office products, including software installation, updates, and configuration. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of ITIL practices for incident management and be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and resolving issues across Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) using tools like Quick Repair, Online Repair, and Microsoft SaRA.
- Creating, managing, and troubleshooting user accounts in Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Assigning permissions through role-based access control (RBAC) for specific job functions.
- Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications and their troubleshooting procedures.
- Experience with ticketing systems for tracking and resolving IT issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
