Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Agent to join our team at Telecom Brun Dominicana. As a critical member of our data management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update data in various systems and spreadsheets with precision and speed.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Analyze and organize data using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.).
  • Develop and generate reports to provide insights and support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related field with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken, is essential for this role.
