Executive Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Coordinator to join our team at Hire Smart. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Main Duties:
  • Oversee and manage our organizational systems, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Develop and execute appointment setting strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide expert-level Microsoft Office support, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ensure all communication is conducted in English, with native or advanced proficiency.
Work Schedule:

A standard 5-day working week, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.
