We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Santiago at Telecom Brun Dominicana.

About Our Company

As an international company headquartered in Uruguay, we have expanded our operations to El Salvador, Uruguay, and Santiago, Dominican Republic. We offer a wide range of services, including customer service, 24/7 answering services, telemarketing, data entry, lead generation, help desk, live web chat, and medical billing.

This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the contact center, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates are hired.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  1. Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the contact center, including customer service representatives, technical support, and other operational and administrative positions.
  2. Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
  4. Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
  5. Background Checks: Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
  6. New Hire Onboarding: Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment such as a contact center or staffing agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the Dominican Republic.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
