Telecom Brun Dominicana is seeking a talented Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team in Santiago.
About the RoleThis role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the contact center, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates are hired.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the Dominican Republic is also essential.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the contact center, including customer service representatives, technical support, and other operational and administrative positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
- Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment such as a contact center or staffing agency.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the Dominican Republic.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
