Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Telecom Brun Dominicana, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Santiago.

We are an international contact center providing high-quality outsourcing services to diverse clients across various sectors. Our commitment to excellence and fostering a positive work environment has led us to expand our operations to multiple locations.

This role will focus on attracting top talent to support our growing operations in the Dominican Republic.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the contact center, including customer service representatives, technical support, and other operational and administrative positions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
• Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
• Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the Dominican Republic is also essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment such as a contact center or staffing agency.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
