We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to support the planning and execution of security and compliance initiatives.
The coordinator will help manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure security and compliance tasks are completed efficiently across different teams. This position offers exposure to industry frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001 etc.) and provides opportunities to learn hands-on while supporting audits, assessments, and security programs.
You Will:
- Support audit and compliance activities
- Assist in coordinating external and internal audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
- Collect evidence from IT, HR, Engineering, and other teams, ensuring timely submission to auditors.
- Maintain organized document libraries of security policies, procedures, and compliance records.
- Maintain data integrity in InvestorFlow's GRC tool (e.g., Vanta)
- Ensure employees and teams complete compliance tasks on time.
- Support due diligence requests from clients and prospects
- Ensure Information Security due diligence questionnaires are completed and submitted promptly.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of knowledge documents, questions, and approved responses in InvestorFlow's third-party questionnaire automation tool.
- Assist with third-party risk management
- Serve as a point of contact for external vendors and consultants, managing deliverables and ensuring compliance.
- Ensure InvestorFlow's vendors provide required security documentation (SOC reports, ISO 27001 certifications, additional security evidence) on a recurring basis.
- Coordinate and track security and compliance projects
- Schedule and track completion of security awareness training.
- Monitor compliance with information security policies.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and task trackers for security and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Legal, and other business units to track deliverables and clarify requirements.
- Prepare progress updates, dashboards, and status reports for management.
You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology
- Overall, 3-5 experience in Information Technology industry, preferably in a Software company.
- Prior experience in a coordinator, project management, or compliance support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with other teams.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Exposure to project management tools is preferred (Jira, Monday etc.)
