Job Overview:
We are seeking a Talent & Culture Data Entry Associate responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining employee and HR-related data across internal systems. This role supports compliance, payroll accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency by ensuring all Talent & Culture records are complete, timely, and error-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain employee data in HRIS, timekeeping, and benefits systems.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, contract updates, promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations.
- Validate documentation to ensure all data changes are accurate, approved, and complete.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to identify, correct, and escalate discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical employee files in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Track and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation to support compliance.
- Generate basic reports and data extracts to support audits and Talent & Culture operations
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality standards when handling sensitive employee information
- Collaborate with Talent & Culture team members to ensure data consistency across systems.
Qualifications:
- Education: University student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Entry level role.
- English Level: B1 – Intermediate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, basic formulas) and Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with HRIS or database management tools.
- Experience in administrative or data entry roles (preferred).
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday:9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
