Job Overview: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the end to end recruitment process while leading a team of Recruiters and Senior Recruiters. This role ensures recruitment strategies are executed effectively, hiring goals are met, and a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience is delivered in alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and support a team of Recruiters and Senior Recruiters.Manage and oversee full cycle recruitment processes for multiple roles.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align hiring needs and priorities.Monitor recruitment performance, productivity, and hiring outcomes.Ensure proper use and data accuracy within the ATS and recruitment systems.Track and analyze recruitment KPIs and prepare regular reports.Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and internal recruitment policies.Support recruitment marketing, job postings, and employer branding initiatives. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or high-volume hiring support.English Level: B2, Upper intermediate.Experience using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and job boards (LinkedIn, etc.) Preferred Qualifications:Experience in call center or BPO recruitment.Talent Acquisition certificationsExperience with behavioral and/or psychometric assessments Core Skills: Recruitment strategy and talent pipeline developmentTeam leadership and performance managementStakeholder collaboration and workforce planningData analysis and recruitment reportingStrong communication and organizational skillsAdaptability in fast-paced environments Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PMSaturday: Rotative as required Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Competitive base payLunch AllowanceChildcare SubsidyFully Paid Supplementary InsuranceAnnual Bonus Based on Company PerformanceMonthly Performance IncentiveMonthly Activities to foster team spiritCareer Plans with opportunities for professional growth and development.On-site psychological assistanceRange 60,000 to 70,000 DOPMin: 52,000 base + 8,000 variableMax: 62,000 base + 8,000 variable
