We're looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
to help build and shape our growing team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email—providing clear, professional, and solution-focused support. Your contribution will directly reflect our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email promptly and professionally
- Deliver accurate information and effective solutions while resolving customer issues
- Maintain thorough and organized records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet service quality and performance targets
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Responsible, professional, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Proven work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in customer service or BPO is a plus, but not required
