Customer Specialist

We are seeking a Specialist with strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to client engagement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales with professionalism and persistence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Present services clearly, handle objections, and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
  • Maintain a healthy and up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Client-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple leads.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Spanish fluency required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage.
