Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
Compensation:
RD$40,000 per month + RD$4,000 for lunch and transportation subsidy

We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to be part of our growing team. You'll handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide effective solutions through
phone, chat, and email
—representing our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via
phone, chat, and email
in a timely and professional manner. - Identify and resolve issues, providing
accurate and efficient solutions
. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively to achieve
service quality and performance goals

Qualifications
- Exceptional English-speaking communication skills
(both verbal and written). - Strong
problem-solving abilities
and attention to detail. - Responsible, professional, and goal-driven
with a positive attitude. - Excellent work ethic and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Previous experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage.
