Outsourcing Advantage seeks a proactive and enthusiastic (Bilingual: English/French Customer Service Agent for a real estate management company. In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants handling Maintenance, Repairs, and other requests (like Exterminator coordination). Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from tenants,.
  • Resolve tenant issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate effectively with maintenance staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document service requests in the management system.
  • Creating Tickets & assigning tasks then following up to ensure completion in timely manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring Tenants receive the necessary information and assistance.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French, at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology and property management practices is a plus.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
