Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Casino Manager based in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. With 500 slots and 28 table games, the world-class casino is scheduled to open October 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. As the Casino Manager, you will oversee daily casino operations, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing casino staff, handling training and hiring requirements, analyzing operational performance, creating strategies to enhance player engagement, and addressing customer queries or concerns with professionalism.
Must be highly proficient in Slots.
The Palace Company and Warner Gaming place an
