Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Service Ambassador to join our team in Santiago de los Caballeros office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers through various channels, including phone calls, chats, or business processing tasks. This role entails handling multiple customer interactions with precision and professionalism, delivering outstanding customer service, and meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless task execution and account management.
- Strong customer service orientation and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication). Additional languages are an asset.
