Tech Support: Probing customer to identify issue, follow escalation process, ability to resolve basic Microsoft Office Issues such as: Microsoft Office Troubleshooting:
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues across Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) using tools like Quick Repair, Online Repair, and Microsoft SaRA.
Expertise in clean installations and optimizing Office performance.
Skilled in creating, managing, and troubleshooting user accounts in Microsoft 365 admin center.
Experienced with role-based access control (RBAC) for assigning permissions.
Autotask: Proficient in ticketing systems for tracking and resolving IT issues.
Datto RMM: Experience in remote monitoring and management of devices.
Microsoft Intune:
Device enrollment, compliance policy configuration, and profile management.
Knowledge of built-in roles like Policy Manager and custom role creation for specific job functions.
General IT Support:
Strong problem-solving skills for software installation, updates, and configuration.
Familiarity with ITIL practices for incident management.
