Job Description

  • Deliver operational excellence with direct impact on global network infrastructure performance.
  • Participate in planning, architecture design, development, and testing of network solutions.
  • Develop and maintain systems including firewalls, load balancers, SD-WANs, routers, and switches.
  • Ensure timely rollout of system enhancements, firmware upgrades, migrations, deployments, and optimizations.
  • Manage and maintain redundancy and high availability for network appliances in both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Oversee physical connectivity, hardware management, and automation tools.
  • Implement measures to reduce fault rates and ticket volumes; perform troubleshooting and resolve incidents promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated and adapt to emerging technologies and products.

Desired Skill Sets & Experience Over The Network Layers

  • Experience of managing systems including systems including firewalls, load balancers, SD-wans, and routers/switches.
  • Knowledge of new and upcoming network system, application, and technologies
  • Knowledge of network security and its applications
  • Experience of network and cloud Infrastructure (Compute, Storage, backup, network, security)
  • Experience in High availability implementation and Operations.
