What You'll Do
This isn't just a sit-back-and-architect role. You'll be right there with the team, solving complex issues, guiding junior techs, and raising the bar for service and execution. Every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user hardware, software, and peripherals
Planning and performing system-wide upgrades with minimal disruption
Troubleshooting issues via ticketing system, email, and phone, always with clarity and calm
Managing documentation, inventory, and deployment strategies
Supporting projects and sitting in on client-facing calls to help bridge tech and trust
What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
Microsoft Certifications in Azure and Microsoft 365 (Role-based Associate or Expert)
Strong understanding of on-prem environments (Windows services, firewalls, switches, routers, wireless, etc.)
Experience with Azure IaaS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune
Scripting skills (PowerShell or VBScript) a plus
A degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Fluency in English (native or second language)
Must reside in Santo Domingo
