You'll be right there with the team, solving complex issues, guiding junior techs, and raising the bar for service and execution every day.Your responsibilities will include:Handle incoming support calls and provide real‑time assistance to customers.Installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user hardware, software, and peripheralsPlanning and performing system-wide upgrades with minimal disruptionTroubleshooting issues via ticketing system, email, and phone, always with clarity and calmManaging documentation, inventory, and deployment strategiesSupporting projects and sitting in on client-facing calls to help bridge tech and trustWhat You Bring5+ years of hands-on system administration experienceMicrosoft Certifications in Azure and Microsoft 365 (Role-based Associate or Expert)Strong understanding of on-prem environments (Windows services, firewalls, switches, routers, wireless, etc.)Experience with Azure IaaS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft IntuneScripting skills (PowerShell or VBScript) a plusA degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experienceFluency in English (native or second language)Must reside in Santo DomingoYou Might Be a Fit If You...Lead through action and encourage excellence without a pep talkSee every support ticket as an opportunity to teach or learn something newThrive in environments where growth and grit go togetherWhat We OfferA chance to grow alongside a team that values trust, ownership, and getting the job done together.40‑hour workweek, with rare extensions up to 44 hours (
