Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Group Operations Manager to join our team in Punta Cana. This is an on-site role responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of group events and activities. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, communicating with clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving operational challenges. The role requires a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring client satisfaction at each stage of the process.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and planning skills for managing group events and schedules
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members
- Proven ability to problem-solve and resolve operational issues effectively
- Experience in team leadership and managing diverse groups of stakeholders
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software to effectively plan and manage group operations
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in group operations, events management
