Descripción del puesto
Buscamos un Real Estate Sales Executive orientado a resultados, con fuerte capacidad comercial y enfoque consultivo, para gestionar y cerrar ventas de proyectos inmobiliarios, acompañando al cliente durante todo el proceso de inversión, desde la presentación inicial hasta el cierre.
Este rol es clave en la experiencia del cliente y en el crecimiento comercial de la empresa.
Responsabilidades principales
- Comercializar proyectos inmobiliarios de la empresa a clientes locales e internacionales.
- Asesorar a los clientes desde una perspectiva de inversión, retorno y plusvalía.
- Gestionar leads, reuniones, presentaciones y seguimiento comercial.
- Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales, cotizaciones y planes de pago.
- Acompañar al cliente durante el proceso de reserva, contrato y cierre.
- Mantener actualizada la información de clientes y oportunidades de venta.
- Cumplir objetivos de ventas mensuales y trimestrales.
- Representar la marca Utopia Development con profesionalismo y alto estándar ético.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en ventas inmobiliarias, bienes raíces o ventas consultivas (deseable).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Orientación a resultados y cierre de negocios.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y organizada.
- Manejo de herramientas digitales y CRM (deseable).
- Inglés intermedio o avanzado (altamente valorado).
- Residencia en Punta Cana / Cap Cana o disponibilidad para trabajar en la zona.
