Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Community Manager to join the team at LARE Real Estate Investment.

This is an in-office role based in the Bávaro–Punta Cana area, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Community Manager will play a key role in engaging with prospective clients and nurturing relationships within our existing community.

Daily responsibilities include writing copy, planning and distributing content across all digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Mailchimp), managing social media channels, moderating online conversations, responding to inquiries, tracking engagement metrics, and preparing performance reports. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to develop strategies that elevate brand visibility, strengthen client interactions, and ensure the consistency and quality of our digital communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management and familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent Communication, Copywriting, and Content Creation skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse community
• Ability to Analyze and Interpret Engagement Metrics to improve performance
• Experience in Real Estate or a related field (preferred)
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (required)
• Organizational and Time-Management Skills for handling multiple responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
