About the Role

You are the first point of contact for
Playa Nueva Romana
, the exclusive residential development by
Group Piñero
. You will be working at the exclusive
Bahia Principe Resort in Punta Cana
.

Your goal is to identify potential investors among the hotel guests. You will act as a filter between providing general information and brochures to casual browsers, while identifying guests with immediate interest to set up an introduction with our Real Estate Team for in-person meeting at our office at the hotel resort.

**Your Mission

Identify & Filter: Engage with foot traffic to distinguish between "casual tourists" and "potential investors."

The Handshake: For guests with high potential or immediate interest, your objective is to secure a commitment for a short introductory meeting at our sales office or a scheduled phone call with a Realtor.

Inform: Provide general information flyers and brochures to guests who are simply curious or browsing.

Tech Savvy: Input qualified prospect details into our booking system so the office team can take over immediately.

Required Skills

Native level English and Spanish

2 Years+ Experience in Promotion, Customer Service or Sales.

The Profile We Need

Personality: Proactive, "Go-Getter," self-sufficient, and thick-skinned. You don't wait for business; you create it.

Sales DNA: Previous experience in Sales or High-End Customer Service. You must be comfortable talking to strangers.

Presentation: Impeccable grooming and professional appearance (you represent a luxury brand).

The Offer

Competitive Package: Fixed Base Salary + Aggressive Commission Structure.

Commission: Earn 1% of the property value on closed deals + $500 USD Cash Bonus per sale generated from your leads.

Earning Potential: Our top performers earn between $40,000 - $60,000 USD annually
