RE/MAX Paradise is expanding and seeking an experienced
Social Media & Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Assistant
to work directly alongside the Broker/Owner, Senior Management, and Operations leadership.

This is a
high-impact, hands-on role
for a creative professional with strong expertise in
content creation, graphic design, Realtor marketing, lead generation
,
and on-site photo & video production
, supporting both local and international initiatives.

Role Overview

The Social Media & Marketing Manager will lead
digital content, visual branding, Realtor enablement, and marketing execution
, working closely with leadership to strengthen RE/MAX Paradise's presence
online, in print, outdoor advertising, and on-site marketing locations
.

A core objective of this role is to
empower Realtors
with professional, ready-to-use marketing assets—
including original photo and video content captured on location
—to promote our Master Projects and listings.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media, Video & Content Creation

• Create and manage social media content (posts, reels, stories, captions)

•
Capture and produce original photo and video content (on-site)
for:

·      Master builder & developer projects

·      RE/MAX Paradise Realtor listings (resale properties)

·      Events, launches, broker tours, and presentations

• Comfortable shooting with
professional cameras and/or high-quality mobile equipment

• Basic video editing and post-production for reels, stories, and long-form content

• Strong working knowledge of
YouTube
(short-form & long-form content strategy)

Advanced Graphic Design & Visual Marketing (MANDATORY)

• Design professional marketing materials including:

·      Outdoor billboards

·      Large-format signage

·      Window graphics & on-site branding

·      Brochures, flyers, and printed materials

• Ensure designs meet high-quality production standards for
outdoor and large-format printing

• Maintain consistent
RE/MAX Paradise branding
across all visual assets

Realtor Enablement & Project Promotion

• Create
unbranded or RE/MAX-logo-only content
that Realtors can easily share on their own social media platforms

• Supply photo, video, and graphic content for
WhatsApp Realtor group chats
related to:

·      Master projects

·      Builder collaborations

·      Realtor communication

• Primary goal: enable Realtors to actively and professionally promote our Master Projects

Website, SEO & Digital Presence

• Work with the website developer to keep the website relevant, modern, and leading-edge

• Support content updates for projects, blogs, videos, and visuals

Lead Generation & CRM Collaboration

• Collaborate with Google & Meta advertising specialists to support lead generation

• Align organic and paid content with campaigns feeding leads into
Follow Up Boss (CRM)

Operations, Strategy & Editorial Content

• Work alongside the Chief Operating / Administrative & Operations Manager

• Assist in creating CRM action plans, campaigns, and workflows

• Support creation of:

·      Blogs

·      News articles

·      Market & lifestyle content

• Focus areas:
Punta Cana, Puerto Plata & the Dominican Republic

Requirements

• Bilingual:
English & Spanish
(mandatory)

Must live in the Punta Cana area

• Proven experience in
social media, marketing, and graphic design

•
Hands-on experience shooting photos and videos
(mandatory)

• Advanced graphic design skills (mandatory)

·      Experience with outdoor billboards, signage, and large-format marketing

• Strong knowledge of:

·      Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

·      YouTube

• Comfortable using
photo, video, and design tools

• Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented

• Real estate or luxury lifestyle marketing experience is a strong plus
