Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Associate at ALBURQUERQUE, located in Santo Domingo. The Junior Associate will assist with legal research, preparation of legal documents, and case analysis and legal consulting. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, providing support in legal transactions, maintaining client communication, and ensuring compliance with local and international legal standards. Additionally, the Junior Associate will collaborate with the team to address clients' specific legal needs and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Legal Documentation
  • Proficiency in Drafting Contracts and reviewing legal agreements, as well as Corporate law structures and tax law.
  • Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management abilities
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Proficiency with Legal Tech tools and software is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). French knowledge is desirable while not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Understanding of Dominican Republic legal systems and processes is required
