Senior Developer – AWS / Amazon Connect


Propósito del rol

Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones avanzadas sobre AWS, con foco en
Amazon Connect
, asegurando altos estándares de rendimiento, escalabilidad, seguridad e integración con los sistemas del negocio, al tiempo que se ejerce un rol de liderazgo técnico y promotor de buenas prácticas.


Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar e implementar arquitecturas en AWS orientadas a soluciones de contact center y experiencia del cliente.
  • Desarrollar flujos de contacto complejos y soluciones omnicanal en Amazon Connect.
  • Crear e integrar funcionalidades personalizadas mediante AWS Lambda, API Gateway y otros servicios de AWS.
  • Garantizar integraciones eficientes con sistemas internos y externos mediante APIs REST y SOAP.
  • Liderar la resolución de incidentes técnicos complejos, asegurando la continuidad y estabilidad del servicio.
  • Optimizar rendimiento, seguridad y disponibilidad de las soluciones (IAM, cifrado, control de accesos).
  • Documentar arquitecturas, configuraciones y desarrollos técnicos para asegurar transferencia de conocimiento.
  • Brindar mentoría técnica y acompañamiento a desarrolladores junior y semi senior.
  • Colaborar con áreas de negocio, soporte y consultoría para definir soluciones alineadas a objetivos estratégicos.
  • Investigar y aplicar nuevas funcionalidades de AWS y Amazon Connect, impulsando la innovación continua.


Perfil que buscamos

Formación académica

  • Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo
    3 años de experiencia
    en desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia comprobada en diseño, despliegue y operación de arquitecturas en AWS.
  • Experiencia en integraciones mediante APIs y en proyectos donde Amazon Connect sea parte de la solución (deseable).

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Dominio avanzado de al menos dos lenguajes:
    JavaScript / TypeScript, Python,
    .
  • Experiencia sólida con servicios AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch.
  • Conocimientos en Step Functions, SNS, SQS, EventBridge.
  • Experiencia en DevOps, CI/CD e infraestructura como código (CloudFormation, Terraform).

Certificaciones (deseables)

  • AWS Developer – Associate
  • AWS Solutions Architect
  • Amazon Connect
