El Preventa Técnico Senior es responsable de liderar el diseño, dimensionamiento y presentación de soluciones tecnológicas complejas, alineando las necesidades de los clientes con las capacidades técnicas de la organización. Su función combina visión técnica, habilidades comerciales y capacidad de comunicación ejecutiva, apoyando a los equipos de ventas y delivery en la elaboración de propuestas de alto impacto orientadas a transformación digital, nube, modernización de aplicaciones y seguridad.
Responsabilidades Principales
1. Consultoría y Diseño de Soluciones
- Levantar requerimientos técnicos y funcionales con clientes y stakeholders.
- Diseñar arquitecturas de referencia sobre Microsoft Azure y AWS, aplicando principios de cloud-native, DevOps, y microservicios.
- Elaborar documentos de diseño técnico, diagramas de arquitectura, y roadmaps de migración o modernización.
- Recomendar frameworks, lenguajes, patrones de diseño y metodologías de desarrollo acordes al contexto del cliente.
2. Apoyo a Ventas y Propuestas
- Preparar presentaciones técnicas, demos, y sesiones de discovery junto al equipo comercial.
- Desarrollar propuestas técnico-económicas que detallen alcance, beneficios, riesgos, costos y SLA.
- Participar en RFPs, RFIs y workshops con áreas de tecnología, seguridad y negocio del cliente.
- Identificar oportunidades de cross-selling y up-selling de servicios cloud, desarrollo y soporte.
3. Buenas Prácticas y Gobierno Técnico
- Promover estándares de arquitectura segura, observabilidad, CI/CD y automatización.
- Aplicar buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software (SOLID, Clean Architecture, IaC, API-first).
- Alinear las soluciones con las políticas de ciberseguridad, cumplimiento y privacidad (ISO 27001, GDPR, Ley 155-17, etc.).
- Participar en revisiones de código, diseño y calidad técnica durante fases de preventa o PoC.
4. Innovación y Capacitación
- Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias de IA, automatización, contenedores, serverless, y seguridad cloud.
- Contribuir con contenido técnico interno: playbooks, whitepapers y kits de propuesta.
- Mentorizar a ingenieros y consultores junior del área comercial y técnica.
Requisitos del Cargo
Formación Académica:
- Ingeniero en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación, Electrónica o áreas afines.
- Deseable Maestría o especialización en Arquitectura de Software, Cloud Computing o Ciberseguridad.
Experiencia:
- Mínimo 5 a 8 años de experiencia en desarrollo y arquitectura de software.
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia comprobada en preventa técnica o consultoría de soluciones cloud.
- Experiencia en presentaciones técnicas y workshops con clientes empresariales.
Conocimientos Técnicos Avanzados:
- Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, DevOps, AD/Entra ID, Key Vault, Monitor) y AWS (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudFormation).
- Ingeniería de Software: .NET, , Python, CI/CD, API Management, patrones de integración.
- Seguridad y Cumplimiento: Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, AWS Security Hub, MFA, IAM, RBAC, DLP, Compliance.
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365: Integraciones con Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Power Platform.
- Metodologías Ágiles: Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFE, con dominio de herramientas como Azure DevOps, Jira o GitHub Enterprise.
- Infraestructura como Código: Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation, Ansible.
- Conocimientos Deseables: Arquitectura Zero Trust, FinOps, automatización con IA (OpenAI, Cognitive Services).
