We're growing and adding new team members to support increased demand. This position is focused on having real conversations with people who have already requested information about our services. You won't be expected to generate your own leads or do outbound outreach.

You'll be working inside a structured system with clear expectations, ongoing guidance, and a team that actually wants you to succeed.

What This Role Looks Like
  • Meet with pre-scheduled contacts via Zoom or phone

  • Learn about each person's goals, situation, and priorities

  • Explain how our services work in a clear, honest way

  • Help people decide if it makes sense for them to move forward

  • Keep notes and next steps organized in our CRM

  • Collaborate with leadership to improve conversations and outcomes

  • Maintain steady activity and follow-up to support overall team goals

  • Have experience with remote sales, consultative conversations, or client-facing roles

  • Communicate clearly and professionally

  • Are comfortable working independently and managing your time

  • Can follow a defined process without sounding scripted

  • Enjoy learning, improving, and being part of a team

  • Are fluent in English (applicants outside the U.S. are welcome)
