Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a MIS Reporting Analyst based in the Dominican Republic. Some work-from-home flexibility is available. The MIS Reporting Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that inform decision-making. Daily tasks include producing performance reports, conducting systems analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and creating efficient reporting processes. The role involves working closely with various departments to enhance Management Information Systems (MIS) and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and identifying trends.
  • Proficiency in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Experience in creating and managing Dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of Systems Analysis and the ability to improve system workflows and reporting structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, SSRS or similar.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Phyton would be an asset
  • Fluent in speaking English
