Role Description
This is a full-time remote Administrator role. The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and improving operational and administrative systems, ensuring efficient processes and facilitating communication across teams for our office in Santo Domingo (SS Dominicana). Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, managing schedules, organizing information, payments, accounts receivables, HR, and ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices. The Administrator will also support documentation and reporting needs while contributing to a productive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- QuickBooks experience a MUST
- Administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling, coordination, and document management
- Familiarity with technology industry is a plus
- Basic Accounting Knowledge and AP experience required
- Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing and improving workflows and processes
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with company standards
- Experience working with Government Bids is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
