Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Santo Domingo for a Customer Success Specialist. The role involves ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and support. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely resolutions. The Customer Success Specialist will also analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Demonstrated aptitude in Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Exceptional Communication skills to interact professionally and efficiently with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-centered environment
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and platforms is highly desirable
- Experience in financial technology or related fields is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are beneficial
