Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Santo Domingo, allowing a combination of in-office and remote work. As a Sales Specialist, reporting directly to the Country Manager, your primary responsibilities will include following up in progress business developments, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist in managing sales processes, analyze market trends, and contribute to the development of strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide excellent support
  • Expertise in Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software
  • Familiarity with the Dominican Republic Luxury Corporate market and prior experience in sales or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
