Customer Success Manager
que quiera desarrollarse en un entorno de innovación, con foco en la experiencia del cliente y la construcción de relaciones de largo plazo.
Propósito General:
Asegurar que los usuarios/clientes logren el máximo valor del producto o servicio. Su foco es la satisfacción, fidelización y expansión de clientes a través de relaciones a largo plazo.
Responsabilidades:
- Onboarding y acompañamiento de usuarios/clientes, para asegurar una integración exitosa, facilitar la adopción del producto o servicio y fomentar una experiencia positiva desde el inicio.
- Medir satisfacción (NPS, CSAT) y promover mejoras, para evaluar la experiencia del cliente, identificar áreas de oportunidad y aumentar la lealtad y retención.
- Resolver dudas o problemas y anticipar riesgos de abandono, para mantener la confianza del cliente, minimizar la insatisfacción y reducir la tasa de churn.
- Identificar oportunidades de upselling o expansión, para maximizar el valor del cliente y contribuir al crecimiento sostenible del negocio.
- Trabajar en coordinación con los equipos internos para garantizar una experiencia integral, alineada y coherente en todas las etapas del ciclo del cliente.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Administración, Marketing, Comunicación, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles de experiencia, éxito del cliente o gestión de cuentas, en sector de tecnología o a fin.
- Habilidades para la resolución de problemas, análisis de satisfacción del cliente y trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Conocimiento en métricas de satisfacción como NPS y CSAT, y experiencia en estrategias de retención y upselling.
