At Ingenious DR, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Billing Agent to join our team. As a Medical Billing Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while effectively collecting outstanding and aged account balances.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and responsible parties
• Collect outstanding and aged account balances in a timely and efficient manner
• Document all collection activity and maintain organized records
• Promptly respond to inquiries from relevant parties
• Ensure the quality, integrity, and proper execution of assigned tasks
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations at local, state, and federal levels
• Maintain satisfactory levels of productivity across all assigned accounts
• Efficiently utilize processes and client systems to maximize effectiveness
• Record and maintain complete and accurate documentation of all activities
• Develop feasible payment plans for patients or responsible parties to adhere to
• Analyze data to identify trends and present areas of focus for informed decision-making and strategic planning
• Respond to and follow up on all inquiries and requests
