Medical Claims Specialist

Ingenious DR is seeking a skilled Medical Billing Agent to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while effectively collecting outstanding and aged account balances. Your primary duties will include documenting all collection activity, maintaining organized records, and promptly responding to inquiries from relevant parties. You will also ensure the quality, integrity, and proper execution of assigned tasks, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations at local, state, and federal levels. Additionally, you will maintain satisfactory levels of productivity across all assigned accounts, efficiently utilizing processes and client systems to maximize effectiveness. You will record and maintain complete and accurate documentation of all activities, developing feasible payment plans for patients or responsible parties to adhere to. Furthermore, you will analyze data to identify trends and present areas of focus for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
