Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the General Manager's calendar, coordinating meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact for international clients and suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager's schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Serve as the key liaison with international clients and suppliers
  • Provide administrative support in areas such as order management, billing, and logistics
  • Translate key documents, reports, and communications
  • Supervise administrative processes and collaborate with the HR department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Native or advanced command of English and Spanish (oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • Immediate availability
