Recruiter Specialist

At Hired Experts, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Analyst to support our daily HR operations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with company goals
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
• Advanced/Intermediate English language skills
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in HR software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle multiple HR duties simultaneously
