Requirements
  • Proven experience in a tech support or customer service role
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus points for familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira) and relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL).
