Role Overview

We are seeking a Medical Appointment Scheduler to join our team in Santiago de los Caballeros office. As a Voicer Agent, you will play a critical role in managing patient interactions, focusing on scheduling appointments.

We expect you to provide compassionate, patient-centered service while adhering to privacy and healthcare compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule medical appointments with patients
  • Manage patient interactions
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
