Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team at Hire Smart. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while meeting the requirements outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong knowledge of French and English languages, both written and spoken
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Valid Dominican ID or Work Permit
