Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
* Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong knowledge of French and English languages, both written and spoken
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Valid Dominican ID or Work Permit
