About the Role

We seek a skilled Medical Appointment Scheduler to join our team in Santiago de los Caballeros office. As a key member of our Voicer Agent team, you will be responsible for scheduling medical appointments, interacting with patients, and maintaining accurate records.

You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless patient care while adhering to stringent healthcare regulations. Your ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered service is essential to our success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule appointments with patients based on medical needs
  2. Develop strong relationships with patients through effective communication
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:
