Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Medical Appointment Scheduler to join our team in Santiago de los Caballeros office. This role involves scheduling medical appointments, interacting with patients, and maintaining accurate records.
As a Voicer Agent, you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless patient care while adhering to stringent healthcare regulations. Your ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered service is crucial to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with patients based on medical needs
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Identify potential issues and collaborate with healthcare professionals to address them
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
