PST.AG is an innovative company looking for a highly skilled and experienced customer support specialist to join our team. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing tickets, and collaborating with our team to resolve customer cases.
Responsibilities:- Customer support: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases
- Ticket management: Creating, updating, and closing tickets in a timely manner
- Scheduling appointments: Organizing and coordinating appointments with customers and stakeholders
- ERP management: Managing and maintaining ERP systems, including data entry and reporting
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in customer service, sales, or marketing. A strong understanding of ERP systems and LLM technology is also required.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and German languages
