We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer support specialist to join our team at PST.AG. As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating and managing tickets, and collaborating with our team to resolve customer cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer care: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases
  • Ticket processing: Creating, updating, and closing tickets in a timely manner
  • Scheduling appointments: Organizing and coordinating appointments with customers and stakeholders
  • Enterprise resource planning: Managing and maintaining ERP systems, including data entry and reporting

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in customer service, sales, or marketing. A strong understanding of ERP systems and LLM technology is also required.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and German languages
