Job Summary:
Telcom Brun Dominicana is seeking a highly skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Santiago. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent to support our growing operations in the Dominican Republic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the contact center, including customer service representatives, technical support, and other operational and administrative positions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
  • Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
