As a Sales and Customer Engagement Representative for SPI by Jostens, you will be responsible for making outbound phone calls and communicating with active, inactive, and prospective customers to sell products and inform them of promotions and new products.
You will utilize selling strategies to grow existing customers and gain new or lost customers, providing quotes and submitting orders. Additionally, you will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and respond to any issues.
You will also answer inbound calls from customers you have left messages for or calls that come in from marketing campaigns. Furthermore, you will refer jacket, regalia, and yearbook business opportunities to the Jostens rep of record on the account called.
Required Skills:
Call center outbound/inbound call experience.
English as a strong second language.
Oral Communication – Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listen and ask appropriate questions for needed clarification.
Written Communication – writes clearly and informatively; able to edit work for spelling and grammar errors.
Attendance/Punctuality – is to work on time.
