The purpose of a PE coordinator in a BPO setting is to ensure that the services provided meet high-quality standards, enhance agent performance, drive process improvements, and ultimately contribute to customer satisfaction and client retention. Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing operational procedures to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction, developing performance improvement programs with measurable results, and ensuring process efficiency to reduce costs and increase profitability. The role promotes a high-performance culture based on accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or College Student in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, and others.
High Intermediate (B2)
Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams.
