Requirements:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and Patient Care Skills
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Navigate tense situations
  • High Intermediate - Advanced English
  • High School Diploma, College Student preferred
  • Flexiable Schedule
  • Able to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and developing assigned specialist for clear expectations and goals.
  • Analyze LOB impact by auditing top and bottom performers results to target actionable insights.
  • Assess team Performance and aim to maximize productivity
  • Review and correct payroll hours, including both the total number of hours worked and the classification of those hours (e.g., regular, overtime), as needed daily.
  • Collaborate with Performance Excellence Management: Audit assigned specialist, attend scheduled Calibration Sessions, review excellence team audits and ensure timely feedback to assigned team.
