We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of a specialized software platform serving cooperatives and financial institutions.

This role requires a strong balance of market understanding, technical knowledge, stakeholder alignment, and execution leadership, ensuring the product evolves successfully from concept through development, launch, and ongoing adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product strategy and roadmap definition to launch and continuous improvement
  • Act as the primary product liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements to define product features and enhancements
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, DevOps, and design teams to ensure successful product delivery
  • Lead planning activities including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination
  • Oversee product launches, deployments, data migrations, and go-live readiness from a product perspective
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, risks, and dependencies to guide decision-making
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives
  • Ensure the product adheres to software quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory expectations

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in software development environments
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, SDLC, and Agile or hybrid methodologies
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex software products
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholders and customers, particularly in regulated or financial environments
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and prioritization skills
  • Experience with financial systems, cooperatives, or banking platforms is a strong advantage
